Our client offers a wide range of geospatial services including topographical surveys, measured building surveys, 3D laser scanning, BIM surveys, mobile mapping and GIS, PAS128 utility surveys, CCTV drainage condition surveys and structural and environmental monitoring.
Their range of surveying services cover numerous sectors including commercial, retail, manufacturing, education, health, heritage, legal, rail, highways, utilities, renewables, residential, urban regeneration and many more.
They are now looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join their growing team to cover Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out land and topographical surveys using equipment pieces such as Total Stations, Laser Scanners and GNSS. Following this, you will then be responsible for processing data using software such as BricsCAD and SCC.
You will lead projects from start to finish and liaise with clients throughout, keeping them updated throughout the project. You will also be responsible for creating technical survey reports, ensuring compliance and assisting junior surveyors when required.
The ideal applicant must have at least 3 years' experience of producing Land/Topographical surveys and must be able to demonstrate experience in the use of a wide range of survey instrumentation, along with the post processing skills required to produce a detailed final 2D / 3D survey.
