Overview

I am looking to speak with a Mechanical Engineer (Building Services) to join a unique MEP consultancy that offers the chance to work collaboratively across in-house MEP Design, Facilities Management & Energy teams to deliver huge projects in the most sustainable way.

Their projects are extremely diverse and will offer the chance to work across the UK on Laboratories (£300m-£500m), Hospitals, New build Residential developments, £(Apply online only)mil estates, Infrastructure projects etc.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be assisting with the delivery of projects to a detailed design level whilst implementing aspects of Technical Due Diligence (Surveys, site visits etc) & Sustainability strategies (decarbonation, BREEAM, Net-zero etc).

Requirements

  • A Mechanical Engineering Degree or Building services Related.
  • 2+ years' experience working or knowledge of the building services consultancy.
  • Experience undertaking surveys and generating reports and specifications.
  • Proficiency using Revit MEP, IES VE, DiaLUx/Relux (Preferable).
  • Knowledge of CIBSE guidelines.
  • Have the right to work within the UK with no future requirements to sponsor.
