Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary: 40,000 - 47,500
Location: Manchester
We are working with a RIBA Chartered architectural practice based in Manchester who are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. The practice has built a strong reputation across the Northwest for delivering thoughtful, people‑centred design, with a particular focus on residential, regeneration, and care sector projects. Their portfolio spans a wide variety of schemes including masterplanning, multi‑unit developments for regional developers, high‑end bespoke one‑off homes, social housing, and care facilities, with a genuine emphasis on design that improves lives and communities.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' post‑graduation experience, with some of that at a senior or lead technical level
- Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong experience within the residential sector across a mix of low rise, high rise, care, and mixed‑use schemes
- Familiarity with traditional and modern methods of construction including timber, steel, and concrete frame
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead and mentor more junior members of the team
