A well established property consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior or Associate level Building Surveyor to join their Manchester office as Project Manager. The business operates a collaborative team structure across multiple specialist groups and is now looking to strengthen one of its commercial project teams due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering project led Building Surveying work within the commercial sector, whilst also gaining exposure to major remediation and cladding schemes.
The Role
You will join an experienced team delivering a broad range of commercial projects across Manchester and the North West, working with a varied client portfolio and helping lead projects from inception through to completion. Typical work includes:
- Cladding & remediation projects
- Commercial fit-outs
- Dilapidations
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Refurbishment works
The role would particularly suit a Building Surveyor who enjoys a project focused environment and wants to work on high value remediation schemes alongside traditional commercial surveying work.
