An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join one of the country\’s leading Facilities Management companies working around Oxford and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and hold electrical qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or maintenance, and 18th edition as a minimum. The role involves working as part of a team at various retail sites in the region, undertaking a range of building maintenance duties. The purpose of this role is to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant. Duties: Support other technicians with maintenance work, both major and minor. Complete all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. Prioritize and complete minor maintenance and repair work promptly. Ensure all tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs are available and in good condition. Attend other sites within the cluster to carry out work as required, beyond the designated area for PPMs. Work with company and client colleagues to maintain high standards of quality. Represent the company professionally, fostering good relationships with clients and colleagues. Perform tasks in accordance with specific KPIs. Monitor and update the Mercury system accurately, providing live job updates from yourself and your team. Qualifications: NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or maintenance, or recognized apprenticeship equivalent. 18th Edition qualification.
