Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 Location: Leeds The Role An opportunity to join one of England's largest care home developers, taking ownership of landscape design across a national portfolio.

You'll manage landscaping input on site pipeline activity, oversee external consultant briefs, and ensure BNG and Su DS requirements are integrated effectively into schemes from planning through to construction.

The Person An experienced Landscape Architect with a strong track record in the care home, residential or healthcare sectors, confident managing external consultants and comfortable working across multiple live schemes.

Strong knowledge of BNG and Su DS legislation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, project-management mindset.

Primary Responsibilities Manage landscaping design input across the site pipeline and oversee external consultant briefs and appointments.

Coordinate BNG requirements with landscaping schemes, ensuring compliant and deliverable outcomes.

Apply LLFA/Su DS requirements, keeping pace with current and emerging legislation.

Oversee planning consultee requirements and support discharge of planning conditions.

Support compliance of landscaping design through construction phases.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.

Proven landscape design experience within the care home, residential or healthcare sectors.

Strong knowledge of BNG requirements and current/emerging Su DS legislation.

Experience working with LLFA and other statutory consultees.

Excellent design, communication and project management skills.

Proficient in CAD, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Full UK driving licence desirable.

Location and Benefits Based at Company HQ in Leeds, with site and local-authority visits as required.
