Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Associate level Quantity Surveyor, to join their established cost management team in London. The role will provide exposure to a varied portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on the London residential market, and the opportunity to work on high quality developments. You will be involved in projects from inception to completion, so post-contract experience is highly desirable. Providing quantity surveying and cost management services across a range of projectsPre and post-contract cost managementCost planning and estimatingProcurement and tenderingContract administration and commercial reportingManaging client relationshipsSupporting junior members of the teamAbout You We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years' consultancy experience. The business is supportive of professional development and can provide support towards APC and chartership where appropriate.
