The business works across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, & leisure, providing services across quantity surveying, building surveying, project management and employer's agent.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior / Senior Associate level Project Manager to join their established team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established team, and work on a varied portfolio of projects.
The London office is particularly busy across the residential sector, with a number of exciting developments currently underway.
The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams. You will be involved in: Leading projects from inception through to completionClient and stakeholder managementProgramme and project managementProcurement and tenderingManaging consultants and contractorsReporting to clients and senior stakeholdersWorking collaboratively with other disciplines across the consultancyAbout You We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 4+ years' consultancy experience.
You will ideally have: Consultancy side experienceExperience delivering residential projects, ideally high end residentialStrong client facing and communication skillsExperience managing projects and programmesA commercially aware and organised approachRelevant professional qualifications, or a clear commitment towards chartershipThe OpportunityYou will be joining a well established London team, with a strong pipeline of work and genuine opportunities for progression.
