The role will have a strong project delivery focus, with responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of projects, typically ranging in value from 500,000 to 50 million.Projects may include:Historic building renovations and refurbishment schemesCommercial office fit-outsPrivate refurbishment projectsFire safety and building compliance worksMajor façade remediation projectsYou'll take the lead on projects, acting in roles such as Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent or Lead Consultant.
