Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of a varied portfolio of projects including commercial refurbishments, residential schemes, hotel and mixed‑use buildings, low‑carbon retrofit work such as heat pump installations and legacy system replacements.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects and the wider design team from early concept through to technical delivery.
- Run client commissions with confidence and support the development of junior engineers.
- Engage directly with clients in a consultancy setting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Working towards Chartered status or already Chartered.
- Associate‑level experience in building services electrical design.
- Comfortable leading projects and managing client relationships.
- Strong technical background across commercial, residential or mixed‑use sectors.
- Collaborative approach; teamwork is valued over volume.
- Ability to commute to or work from South Bank, London with flexibility for hybrid working.
