This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading engineering consultancies at a time when the water sector is experiencing unprecedented investment.

With a strong pipeline of AMP projects and long-term frameworks secured, they're looking to expand their established wastewater modelling team in Leeds.

Due to such an influx of new work, they have positions from Modeller to Associate level

Joining one of the largest multidisciplinary water teams in the UK, you'll work alongside experienced hydraulic modellers, engineers, GIS specialists and environmental professionals, delivering projects that improve wastewater infrastructure, tackle storm overflows and help create more sustainable communities.

You'll be involved in projects from initial investigation through to solution development, supporting major UK water companies, local authorities and developers.

Using Info Works ICM, you'll develop and maintain wastewater hydraulic models, analyse complex datasets, investigate network performance and identify investment requirements to support future infrastructure improvements.

You'll contribute to engineering solutions, produce clear technical reports and work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to help inform critical investment decisions.

Depending on your experience, you'll also have the opportunity to support bids, mentor junior colleagues, review technical work and take on increasing project or technical leadership responsibilities.

The team is keen to hear from candidates at Modeller through to Associate level.

You'll ideally have experience using Info Works ICM within the UK regulated water industry, alongside knowledge of GIS software such as Arc GIS or Map Info.

Experience in model build and verification, hydraulic and water quality analysis, catchment planning, Drainage and Wastewater Management Plans (DWMPs), solution development or technical leadership would all be highly beneficial, although applications are welcomed from candidates with a range of experience.

What makes this opportunity stand out is the genuine investment in career development.

You'll have access to industry-leading technical experts, structured mentoring, tailored training programmes and clear progression pathways, allowing you to develop your career in whichever direction suits your ambitions.

Whether that's becoming a recognised technical specialist, leading major projects or progressing into senior leadership, you'll be fully supported every step of the way.

Alongside technically challenging work, you'll benefit from hybrid working, flexible holiday allowance, an excellent benefits package and the opportunity to work on projects that will have a lasting impact on the UK's wastewater infrastructure for years to come.

If you're looking to join a consultancy that combines technical excellence, career progression and genuinely meaningful projects, I'd be delighted to tell you more.

Calibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, race, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
