The business delivers technically challenging projects within contractor-led design and build environments. The team works closely with contractors, consultants, and clients to provide practical, high-quality mechanical design solutions from detailed design through to project completion.

The Mechanical Design Engineer will play a key role in the delivery of Stage 4 and Stage 5 mechanical building services design within fast-paced design & build environments.
Projects span a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, commercial, education, industrial, residential, pharmaceutical, and public sector developments, with involvement in technically complex M&E, BIM-led, and sustainable building services projects from concept through to delivery.
- Deliver Stage 4 and Stage 5 mechanical building services designs
- Work within contractor-led design & build project environments
- Produce and coordinate detailed mechanical design information
- Develop and manage Revit models and technical drawings
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients
- Support projects through technical coordination and delivery stages
- Take ownership of project responsibilities and work independently where required
