An established building services consultancy is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join its expanding team. The business delivers technically challenging projects within contractor-led design and build environments. The team works closely with contractors, consultants, and clients to provide practical, high-quality mechanical design solutions from detailed design through to project completion.

The Mechanical Design Engineer will play a key role in the delivery of Stage 4 and Stage 5 mechanical building services design within fast-paced design & build environments.

Projects span a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, commercial, education, industrial, residential, pharmaceutical, and public sector developments, with involvement in technically complex M&E, BIM-led, and sustainable building services projects from concept through to delivery.

  • Deliver Stage 4 and Stage 5 mechanical building services designs
  • Work within contractor-led design & build project environments
  • Produce and coordinate detailed mechanical design information
  • Develop and manage Revit models and technical drawings
