Are you an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer ready to step into a senior leadership role? Our client is an established, award-winning Building Services consultancy with an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable engineering solutions across a diverse range of sectors. As part of their continued growth in Leeds, they are looking to appoint an Associate Director to help lead project delivery, strengthen client relationships and support the growth of their regional team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership and commercial influence. You will lead the delivery of complex building services projects, act as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor engineers and play a key role in developing both the team and the business.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer (or working towards Chartership).
  • Strong consultancy experience delivering electrical building services projects.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects and mentor junior engineers.
  • Experience with BIM/Revit and industry software including AMTECH, DIALux and Relux is advantageous.
  • A proactive, commercially aware approach with a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
