A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy known for our collaborative approach and technical excellence is looking for a Geospatial Surveyor to join the expanding team in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out topographical surveys of varying scales using the latest robotic total station and GNSS technology.
- Process and analyse topographical data to produce 2D and 3D deliverables using N4ce (or similar) software.
- Undertake measured building surveys using a range of specialist laser scanning equipment.
- Register and process laser scan data into usable point clouds using Leica Cyclone and Register360.
- Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Present survey data and prepare accompanying reports for clients.
Skills and Experience
- A relevant technical degree or HND in surveying is preferred; equivalent experience or qualifications in a related discipline will also be considered.
- Proficient in operating survey equipment such as Leica Total Stations, Leica P40, RTC360, BLK2GO, NavVis VLX, or similar.
- Strong experience using N4ce (or equivalent) and AutoCAD is essential.
- Experience using Revit is advantageous but not essential.
- Full, clean UK driving licence required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
