Based to the north of Leeds, this independent design consultancy has grown over the last 10 years to become a thriving centre of building services design for engineers who want to work differently. They are looking for a Junior Mechanical Building Services Engineer or Graduate Mechanical Building Services Engineer who has a minimum of two years practical design experience working to UK regs and standards. You\'ll be joining a well formed team that carries out full services design, energy modelling and sustainability consultancy on enviable schemes such as: £150m commercial building from retail development in Manchester Two \"tall buildings\" that will become apartment blocks in Leeds Several new build, student residential schemes in the north. Your role will be to support existing Senior and Principal level building services engineers with the delivery of schemes while building on your existing expertise and ensure your own career progression. You needn\'t be degree qualified, but should be studying on a part-time basis and support is available to complete your studies. Similarly, you must also be a regular user of Revit and Hevacomp. It is crucial that you have worked as a Junior Mechanical Building Services Engineer or a Graduate Mechanical Building Services Engineer previously, and be comfortable with UK design standards and codes.
