Job Title: Interior Designer Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 Location: Leeds The Role An exciting opportunity to join one of England s largest care home developers, supporting the interior design of schemes across a national portfolio from initial concept through to specification and handover. Working closely with the in-house Land, Planning, Development Design and Technical teams, and external consultants, you ll gain hands-on exposure to a live, fast-moving development pipeline, shaping the interior environments of our care homes. The Person A qualified interior designer, enthusiastic about high-quality care environments, with a proactive and pragmatic approach. Comfortable working on allocated tasks with support, collaborating across disciplines, and responding well to feedback. Organised and capable of managing competing deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Support the development of interior design concepts and layouts, responding to site constraints, building design and care operational requirements. Produce and maintain interior specification packages, including layouts, finishes, furniture and fittings, under guidance.
