An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Contract Manager to join a well-established, very successful contractor in the North West area. The role is a hybrid position so will consist of working from the office and attending site to ensure work is carried out to specific deadlines and also quote for new works and generate sales leads. The company is a well-respected contractor that is continuing to grow and is willing to invest heavily in the growth of the business and offer fantastic progression opportunities with an excellent bonus scheme related to sales generation.
Responsibilities
- Managing all hard services provisions across several sites, managing a team of engineers and sub-contractors.
- To manage the client service delivery and contract KPI's over a number of locations.
- To be accountable for the financial performance of the contracts.
- Quote for new works when required.
- To develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the client.
- To work with the operational and support teams to ensure all completion times for planned, corrective and reactive works are correctly logged and recorded within the company's asset management system.
- To manage subcontractors and negotiate rates.
- To drive the profitability of the contract and manage the P+L.
- Generate sales and cost saving initiatives as appropriate.
- To regularly meet with the client to further understand their organisation and requirements.
- Helping to advance the HVAC provision in the North West.
Qualifications
- Technical background essential in HVAC Engineering management experience.
- Experience of using a CAFM system and managing KPI's.
- P&O / Financial experience.
- Generate leads and quoting for future works.
Salary / Package
- Basic Salary circa £50,000.
- Company Car / Car Allowance - £6,000.
- Exceptional Bonus Opportunity.
- Continuous progression and development opportunities.
- Pension.
