Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join one of the UK's leading HVAC contractors. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and installations across a range of commercial sites including pubs, care homes, gyms etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client sites to complete servicing, maintenance, breakdowns, and installations on commercial gas and plumbing systems.
- Work independently to diagnose faults and deliver first-time fixes where possible.
- Accurately complete job documentation and liaise with the service desk.
- Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 5).
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial and Domestic Gas qualifications.
- Commercial Catering qualifications.
- Strong experience across gas and plumbing maintenance and repair.
- Additional certifications (e.g. OFTEC, IPAF, PASMA) are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and deliver a professional service.
Additional Information:
This is a mobile role with regular travel (estimated up to 30,000 miles annually). Occasional overnight stays may be required.
