The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are working with a Yorkshire based civil engineering group, who offer a range of services from drainage design through to on site remediation and delivery, to source an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join the team.
The role is to provide specialist Health and Safety support, instruction and training to Site Management and Supervision Teams whilst providing support to the Health and Safety Manager.
The Role
- To assist in the development and maintenance of the Companies Health and Safety Management Systems and policies.
- Advise on relevant Health and Safety Legislation and implement changes where necessary.
- Audit the business' compliance.
- Advise on potential Health and Safety Issues during Tender Review.
- Liaison with internal management team and external parties.
- Investigation of accidents and reported near misses and devise remedial action plan.
- Aid in the completion of PQQ for new business tenders.
- Produce the construction phase health and safety plan.
