Fire & Security Engineer – South East London\\n Salary: £31,855 – £40,630 per annum (OTE £50,000+)\\n Location: North West London\\n Bonus: £1,000 joining bonus* \\n\\nAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire and Security Engineer to join our client, a compliance and safety service provider working within social housing and public sector properties across South East London and the surrounding areas. \\n\\nThe role will involve planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repairs to fire alarm and associated life safety systems in occupied domestic and communal environments.\\n\\nDuties and Responsibilities\\n\\nService, maintain, fault find and repair fire alarm systems (conventional and analogue addressable)\\nCarry out PPM servicing in line with contractual requirements\\nService and maintain emergency lighting, AOV systems, fire extinguishers, CCTV, access control and warden call systems\\nDiagnose faults and complete remedial works where required\\nComplete and submit service reports and documentation using a tablet\\nEnsure all works are carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations\\nRepresent the company in a professional manner at all times\\nWork a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday\\nParticipation in an out-of-hours call-out rota\\n\\nQualifications & Experience\\n\\nProven experience working as a Fire Alarm / Fire & Security Engineer\\nKnowledge of BS5839 (Part 1 essential, Part 6 desirable)\\nFIA training or equivalent fire alarm qualifications\\nExperience working within domestic or social housing environments\\nFull UK driving licence\\nCompetent IT skills\\n\\nSalary & Package\\n\\nSalary: £31,855 – £40,630 per annum (40 hours per week)\\nOvertime: Paid at 1.5×.
