This Leeds based Electrical Design Engineer position is the ideal role if you are looking to join a young business that is getting through its growing pains and ready to put on a growth spurt! There is an exciting vibe when you meet with the Directors; they are simply looking to deliver brilliant solutions, support clients who value their expertise while creating a genuinely good place to work. Their offices are within a stones throw of Leeds train station and the myriad of lunchtime options offered by Greek Street, a few minutes walk from the main shopping area and close to a couple of gyms. Their building itself is a super workspace; they prefer to be working together rather than remotely, and the break out spaces plus café area make it more of a pleasure than a chore. Thanks to the business already being a few years old they have built relationships based upon mutual respect and value with clients leading to the following projects being live right now: Large Office Developments, London New Build Residential, Manchester Schools, Yorkshire Small Healthcare works, various locations Banking Dealers Rooms, various locations As an Electrical Design Engineer, you\’ll need to be at the point in your career where you are fairly self-sufficient. You\’ll be working alongside a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, but if you are looking for a graduate role, or entry position, this isn\’t the right role for you. Alternatively, if you are a Senior Electrical Design Engineer who is keen to be part of this companies growth, they\’d love to have a conversation about their story and plans. As a young company they are not currently in the position to provide Sponsorship and are developing their benefits package. Right now it is basic, and they\’re aware of that.
