Calibre Search are delighted to search and assist a growing and ambitious building consultancy who are now looking to strategically hire a Director level Building Surveyor to head up their new office based near Dudley.
The Practice themselves have steadily grown and established the business for over 20 years now having successfully built their reputation over the years being multi-award winning and quite the specialist when it comes to being experts within the Education sector offering a full range of architecture, building surveying, health and safety and project management services.
Due to their continues success, they recently opened up a new office near Dudley which already consists of small team and for building surveying, this includes one Grad who works with the Senior Building Surveyors up North but they will of course assist you as you establish yourself within the business.
They have the clients and project pipeline already, its simply a case of finding the right person who is technically sound and experienced in managing various small and large scale projects (any education work in schools, colleges or universities would be perfect) from a commercial building surveying perspective.
Ideally, you will be 10+ years into your building surveying career, MRICS qualified and ideally having used to managing/growing a team or at least have the desire to do so.
