An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and delivery-focused Development Manager to join a growing and entrepreneurial property business with an expanding portfolio of development and investment projects across the UK.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded development professional to take ownership of projects from acquisition through to completion, working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and external partners to ensure schemes are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the company s strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving projects forward, managing risk, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring developments progress efficiently through planning, design, procurement and construction phases.
Given the nature of the portfolio, the role will be based in North Yorkshire but will require regular travel throughout the UK to attend project meetings, undertake site visits and manage stakeholder relationships.
