A leading facilities management provider is seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to support retail and commercial sites across the M4 corridor from Coventry down to Oxford. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week
  • Participation in an on-call standby rota (1 week in every 4)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems including AHUs, split systems, LPHW boilers, DX coils, inverters, and chillers
  • Ensure compliance with PPM schedules and complete all associated documentation
  • Respond to callouts and carry out diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding
  • Recommend suitable replacement options for non-repairable faults
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety across all sites

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 commercial gas qualifications (e.g., COCN1, CIGA1, TPCP1, CENWAT, CPA1)
  • F-Gas certification (C&G 2079 or equivalent)
  • 17th or 18th Edition (preferred)
  • Experience in HVAC/Gas across multi-site contracts
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
