A leading facilities management provider is seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to support retail and commercial sites across the M4 corridor from Coventry down to Oxford. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week
- Participation in an on-call standby rota (1 week in every 4)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems including AHUs, split systems, LPHW boilers, DX coils, inverters, and chillers
- Ensure compliance with PPM schedules and complete all associated documentation
- Respond to callouts and carry out diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding
- Recommend suitable replacement options for non-repairable faults
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across all sites
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 commercial gas qualifications (e.g., COCN1, CIGA1, TPCP1, CENWAT, CPA1)
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079 or equivalent)
- 17th or 18th Edition (preferred)
- Experience in HVAC/Gas across multi-site contracts
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
