A well-established building services and HVAC contractor is looking to add an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to its North West service team.
With long-term maintenance contracts across a varied commercial portfolio, you ll enjoy a stable workload, modern equipment and genuine long-term career prospects.
The role is focused primarily on commercial air conditioning systems, although any experience working on commercial refrigeration equipment would be a real advantage.
The Role You ll carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding and servicing across a range of commercial sites throughout the North West.
This is a mobile position working on a variety of air conditioning equipment, with occasional refrigeration work where required.
Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair commercial air conditioning systems.
Diagnose faults and carry out reactive breakdown repairs.
Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
Work on equipment including: Split Systems Multi-Split Systems VRV / VRF Systems Air Handling Units (AHUs) Complete electronic service reports using a tablet or mobile device.
