We are working with a highly respected multi-disciplinary property consultancy in Liverpool, looking to recruit a Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor.

The business has built an outstanding reputation within the education sector, delivering projects for clients ranging from primary schools through to universities, whilst continuing to expand in other sectors including healthcare and residential.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor to strengthen their Liverpool team.

The Role

  • You'll be involved in a varied workload covering both professional and project work, including:
  • Condition surveys
  • Refurbishment projects
  • Roof replacements
  • Window and door replacement schemes
  • Internal alterations
  • Compliance and maintenance projects
  • Project delivery from inception through to completion

The Liverpool office is home to around 20 surveyors within a wider team of approximately 30 staff, creating a friendly and collaborative working environment.
