I\’m recruiting for an established multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation across architecture, planning, and surveying. They\’re looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team and support a growing portfolio of work across sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, and heritage. A bit about the role This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident managing projects from initial survey through to completion. You\’ll be involved in: Building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition reports Preparing specifications and overseeing refurbishment projects Contract administration and project management Advising on dilapidations, compliance, and maintenance strategies Supporting planning and heritage-related applicationsAbout You You\’ll be MRICS qualified with a solid grounding in professional and project-based work.
