Genuine working as part of a team What you ll be doing: Working a range of building surveying duties across sectors like retail, education, energy, healthcare, and local authority.
Managing client relationships while navigating technical and legal challenges.
Using JCT and NEC contracts like a pro.
Leading surveys, inspections, schedules, and regional schemes.
Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting senior managers.
Keeping quality, safety, and environmental standards front and centre.
What you bring to the table: A degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
Solid technical know-how and hands-on experience.
Confidence managing clients and a sharp eye for commercial detail.
Strong writing skills-specs, feasibility studies, asset reviews, you name it.
