An established Building Services MEP business in Bolton is preparing for a busy delivery period, with several projects forecast to start imminently. As part of this growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to support in-house design and coordination on these projects and the wider projects that the business has secured and is tendering for currently.

The Role

You will be working across a portfolio of Commercial projects including both fit out and new build projects. You will be delivering a full HVAC fitout and taking a project from RIBA Stage 4 to 5. Projects are not just delivered locally in Bolton or even in the North West - this company has a national project footing.

This role suits a technically strong Revit user who can operate confidently within an office-based design team, who ideally has contractor lead coordination from a previous role - although this is preferred and not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing and coordinated MEP models using Revit
  • HVAC layouts, coordination, and clash detection
  • Supporting delivery as part of a wider design team
  • Working closely with project managers and engineers
  • Maintaining drawing and model quality to programme deadlines
  • Making amendments when issues are found on site

Requirements

  • Proven experience using Revit MEP
  • Strong HVAC background within building services
  • Almost entirely Revit MEP Coordination duties
  • Some AutoCAD work required
  • Ability to work office-based
  • Experience on commercial or public-sector projects preferred

Working Arrangements

  • Office-based role
  • 40 hours per week
  • Core hours 9:00-5:00, Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working patterns available where needed
