A well established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Lancashire is looking for a commercially minded and pro-active Building Surveyor to join at Partner level. This is an opportunity for an ambitious Senior / Associate / Director Building Surveyor to step into a senior leadership role with real influence, autonomy, and ownership within the business.
About the Role:
- Drive business development with existing clients, and identify new opportunities
- Contribute to marketing and growth strategy
- Manage and deliver projects across a range of sectors
- Develop and maintain long term client relationships
- Equity in the business available at Partner level
Sectors & Projects:
- Residential apartments (repair, refurbishment, refit)
- Industrial and commercial projects
- Schools, care homes, and block management
- Dilapidations, party walls, and other core building surveying services
