Job Title: BIM Manager
Salary: 45,000 – 50,000
Location: Manchester

We\’re looking for a BIM Manager to join a multi-award winning architectural practice with over 50 years of heritage and a strong reputation across the North West.
Our client is a well-established firm that have been ranked among the UK\’s top 100 architectural practices. They have a strong track record of reimagining and rejuvenating diverse building types, from historic renovations to contemporary educational facilities. The practice has delivered numerous award-winning projects across the heritage, cultural, and education sectors, with particular expertise in transforming existing buildings into inspiring contemporary spaces.

We\’re currently looking for a BIM Manager to join the growing team.
Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record in BIM management within architectural practice
  • Strong understanding of UK BIM standards and protocols
  • Experience implementing and maintaining BIM workflows across project teams
  • Knowledge of clash detection and coordination processes
  • Educational sector project experience beneficial but not essential
