Known for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services design, the business works on a variety of engineering projects in commercial offices, healthcare, education, retail, and high-tech sectors. This is a great opportunity for a CAD Technician or M&E CAD Operator looking to work on challenging and varied projects, from straightforward retail schemes to complex data centres and healthcare facilities. The Role Produce high-quality 2D AutoCAD M&E drawings for a wide range of building services projects. Work on commercial offices, healthcare, education, retail, and data centres. Coordinate mechanical CAD and electrical CAD layouts for smooth integration. Interpret engineer\’s sketches and specifications into accurate technical drawings. Ensuring all work is compliant, coordinated, and completed to the highest standards whilst maintaining CAD drawing standards, templates, and file management systems. Collaborate with design teams to ensure project deadlines are met. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as an AutoCAD Technician or CAD Technician within M&E building services design. Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and/or electrical building services systems. Ability to work from concept through to construction stage documentation. Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative design team. Benefits Salary up to £35,000 (dependent on experience). 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
