This Harrogate building services design consultancy is looking for an Associate or Associate Director with a Mechanical building services design background to help complete existing schemes and add an extra layer of expertise to help support their less experienced team members. They specialise in delivering high spec, highly sustainable residential schemes amongst others including commercial works for local developers. You will ideally have a degree and at least eight years practical experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, be Chartered, and familiar with helping to grow a business in terms of scale and breadth. The rewards package is flexible being made up with a cash element, coupled with a bonus based upon your own and the company performance. There is also a comprehensive benefits package including pension, 25 days holiday, CIBSE training and more.
