Role:

  • Support Senior Quantity Surveyors in the effective commercial management of projects
  • Assist in the preparation of cost plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and associated documentation
  • Carry out on-site measurements and take-offs from drawings where required
  • Help identify commercial risks and contribute to mitigation strategies
  • Support ongoing cost analysis across maintenance and project works
  • Assist with feasibility assessments in line with client requirements
  • Contribute to the preparation of cost estimates and financial forecasts
  • Review and analyse subcontractor quotations
