Role:
- Support Senior Quantity Surveyors in the effective commercial management of projects
- Assist in the preparation of cost plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and associated documentation
- Carry out on-site measurements and take-offs from drawings where required
- Help identify commercial risks and contribute to mitigation strategies
- Support ongoing cost analysis across maintenance and project works
- Assist with feasibility assessments in line with client requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of cost estimates and financial forecasts
- Review and analyse subcontractor quotations
