Location: Newcastle
We are working with a well-known and respected RIBA Chartered Practice based in Newcastle who are looking for an Architectural Technologist (ideally with Revit and Healthcare experience) to join the team in response to a continually busy pipeline of work.
Our client covers a wide range of building types, however is more known for the strong reputation in the healthcare sector it has developed over the years. They are a very progressive practice in terms of their technical setup, having long implemented Revit into the majority of their schemes and working to BIM level 2 standards.
The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience in the industry. With support, this role will develop into more of a job running / client facing role, so confidence and ambition to step up to the next level will be valued. Ideally we are looking for Architectural Technologists with previous experience using Revit, although on the job training can be provided.
