The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an Architectural Technician to join their in-house technical team, working alongside and supporting an experienced Head of Architecture with a deep background in residential development. This is a chance to get stuck into live projects from day one, taking real ownership of scheme elements rather than being one of many hands on a drawing. You’ll be producing working drawings, developing schemes, and handling planning condition responses and supporting statements: the kind of role where your output visibly shapes what gets built. As the team’s pipeline grows, there’s scope to take on more responsibility and shape the role around your strengths.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing detailed working drawings and technical packages for residential schemes
- Developing and progressing scheme designs from concept through to construction-ready detail
