An outstanding opportunity has arrived for an experienced Senior Site Agent or Project Manager to join a SME Civil Engineering business to deliver a civil engineering and MEICA project in South Yorkshire. This role would suit someone who has worked on AMP water frameworks previously and has a strong civil engineering background with experience managing schemes of at least £1 million as site based number 1.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience managing schemes of at least £1 million on water frameworks.
- Strong civil engineering background.
- Ability to drive standards and implement new processes.
- Proactive problem‑solving approach.
- Exposure to working on framework contracts (water beneficial).
- Writing and reviewing RAMS.
- Programme management experience.
- Ultimate responsibility for on‑site health and safety.
- Financially astute with thorough contractual knowledge.
- Strong liaison skills with senior managers and directors, experience chairing site strategy meetings.
- Experience in hiring, procurement of plant, personnel and materials.
- CSCS and SMSTS certification.
