An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies working on a static site in Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities

  • Support other technicians with major or minor maintenance work.
  • Complete all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and ensure accurate, complete paperwork.
  • Prioritise and complete minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
  • Ensure that all tools and equipment required for minor maintenance and repairs are always available and serviceable.
  • Attend other sites within the cluster to carry out work when required.
  • Work with company and client colleagues to ensure laid-down standards of quality are consistently maintained.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times and develop good working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Carry out all tasks in accordance with specific KPIs.
  • Monitor and update the Mercury system accurately, ensuring live job updates from you and your team at all times.

Qualifications

  • City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 in Electrical Installation or NVQ level 2/3 18th Edition.

Work Pattern

  • Shifts: 06:00 - 14:00, Monday - Friday; 14:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday.

  • Basic Salary £40,394.
