An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric Technician to join one of the UK's leading facilities management companies covering London and surrounding areas. The role is multi-site, delivering building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house.

Responsibilities

  • Building Roof – repair roof leaks and conduct quarterly gutter and gully clearance
  • Brickwork – repair walls
  • Floor – repair vinyl and ceramic tiles
  • Fabric – doors, protection works, office workstations, signage, carpentry, plastering and general shopfittings
  • Painting and decorating: Carry out minor painting repairs
  • Plumbing and drainage: Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks; Repair leaking taps and washers
  • Joinery: Wall, floor, and associated fittings repairs
  • Ironmongery and hardware – repairs and replacement
