The consultancy’s structural engineering capability spans the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and conceptual design through to detailed analysis, technical approvals, construction support and long‑term asset appraisal. Working across steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, timber and hybrid structures, its teams are experienced in delivering innovative and cost‑effective solutions that align with architectural intent, programme requirements and commercial objectives. Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of building structures across a diverse project portfolio.
- Undertake structural assessments and inspections of new and existing buildings.
- Prepare and review detailed calculations, drawings, specifications and reports.
- Ensure compliance with current UK design standards and Eurocodes.
- Coordinate closely with architects, civil engineers and other design professionals to ensure fully integrated solutions.
- Relevant engineering degree and a Chartered status, or working towards Chartered status, with a recognised professional institution.
- Significant experience within a consultancy environment delivering building structures.
- Proficiency in relevant structural analysis and design software.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- Strong technical capability coupled with effective project management skills, including programme and resource coordination, commercial awareness and client liaison.
- Ability to mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to technical development within the team.
