An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi Trader / Handyman / Handyperson / Fabric Engineer to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies working around London and the surrounding areas and the M25.
Ideal candidate location: Central London; however candidates anywhere in and around London that are willing to travel will be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Building & Roof – repair roof leaks and quarterly gutter and gully clearance.
- Brickwork – repairs to walls.
- Floor – repair vinyl and ceramic tiles.
- Car Park / yard works.
- Roller shutters – annual PPM and reactive repairs.
- Painting and decorating – carry out minor painting repairs.
- Plumbing and drainage – unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks; repair leaking taps and washers.
- Carpentry – carry out minor carpentry and joinery repairs within commercial premises and retail environments.
- Some experience with basic plumbing and carpentry in a commercial setting will be beneficial.
- Experience working in commercial premises, with PPM’s particularly the retail sector, would be a distinct advantage.
- Basic salary – £32,992 + £2,340 standby = £35,332.
- 1 in 4 standby £180 per week, Monday–Friday.
- 40 hours per week.
- Paid travel (door to door).
- Overtime.
- Company van with fuel card, option for private use.
- 33 Days Holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
- Pension.
