We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Manager to join a team in Blackpool. The Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to the clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their care plans.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of caregivers to ensure the highest level of care is provided to clients.

- Organisational Skills: High level of organisational skills with the ability to produce staffing rotas and manage multiple responsibilities.
