We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Manager to join a team in Blackpool. The Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to the clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
