An experienced Construction Project Manager is required to join a growing business delivering projects across Surrey and the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the continued success and expansion of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage detailed project programmes, including schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, local authorities, and clients to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed requirements.
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, to specification, and within programme and budget.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks or delays and implementing corrective measures where required.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all stages of construction, including the preparation and implementation of RAMS.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Construction Project Manager role, with exposure to high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Strong construction background with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively with site teams and key stakeholders.
Package: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a discretionary bonus scheme.
