The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor - Masonry. This is a contractor-side / subcontractor QS role, commercially managing brickwork & masonry packages on residential and commercial projects across the UK, dealing with Tier 1 main contractors and developers.
Important: The client will pay at the higher end for proven brickwork/masonry QS experience (i.e., candidates who have run masonry/brickwork packages end-to-end).

What they will be doing (core responsibilities):
- Full commercial management of brickwork/masonry packages from tender handover through to final account.
- Subcontract administration and advising on contract conditions (primarily JCT).
- Proven QS experience (contractor-side).
- Ideally experience in brickwork / masonry / stonework (trade or package QS).
- Will consider main contractor QS if they have run relevant packages and want to move into specialist subcontractor side.
- Good Excel / MS Office skills, strong communication, organised/detail-focused.
