We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor - Masonry. This is a contractor-side / subcontractor QS role, commercially managing brickwork & masonry packages on residential and commercial projects across the UK, dealing with Tier 1 main contractors and developers.
Location / Package
- Base: Essex (Chelmsford / Langford area)
- Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 (negotiable DOE)
- Important: The client will pay at the higher end for proven brickwork/masonry QS experience (i.e., candidates who have run masonry/brickwork packages end-to-end).
- Benefits: 25 days holiday, health insurance, phone/laptop, car or car allowance
