We are seeking an experienced Utility Project Manager to join our team on one of the UK's highest-profile infrastructure projects - HS2. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering multiple utility diversion schemes (including water, gas, electricity, and communications) safely, on time, and within budget. You will lead the end-to-end delivery process - from completing the necessary documentation to get works to site, through to managing the onsite execution of utility projects. You will oversee daily site operations, manage project teams, and serve as the primary representative in client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple utility diversion projects.
  • Prepare and review RAMS/WPPs and ensure all ITP documentation is in place and followed.
  • Coordinate with surrounding contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of planned works.
  • Maintain accurate daily site records, including progress, delays, and resource attendance.
  • Highlight any changes or issues impacting the contracted works to the commercial team.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly client progress meetings.
  • Keep project schedules updated and liaise with the programme team regularly.
  • Ensure ITPs are agreed upon and completed as required.
