What You’ll Do
- Conduct quantity take-offs for lighting, containment, pipework, and ductwork
- Review and cost variations with guidance from senior team members
- Source pricing for plant items and maintain supplier relationships
- Assist with contractor valuation reviews, including site visits
- Maintain detailed cost logs and support financial reporting
- Contribute to cost planning across all RIBA stages
What You’ll Bring
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
