We have partnered with a growing insurance broker to offer this unique sales opportunity to an experienced commercial insurance broker. This established brokerage is looking for an individual to join their warm sales team, primarily focusing on selling to their existing client base. We are looking for an individual who has proven outbound sales experience within commercial insurance, who has a history of building strong relationships with business owners and can identify business opportunities and convert them into sales.
Key Responsibilities- Contacting and building relationships with existing clients
- Completing outbound sales throughout our existing client base
- Arranging and cross-selling Public Liability and Employers Liability Policies
- Skills within the SME sector
- Outbound account management and sales calls in commercial insurance is essential
- Previous experience selling PL & EL is essential
- Ability to identify insurance needs
- Strong communicator/ relationship builder
- Based within 30 minutes of Sunderland
- 4-Day working week (Mon - Thurs)
- 25 Days holiday allowance + bank holidays
- Structured OTE scheme
