We are working with a well-established, leading surveying services specialist team in Central London. Our client is recognised for delivering market-leading solutions and is committed to supporting employee growth, development, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed defect diagnosis surveys and prepare costed schedules of works
- Oversee repair projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Work across a diverse caseload for loss adjusters, insurers, policyholders, and private clients
- Manage projects in line with CDM regulations and JCT contract requirements
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and uphold professional ethics
- Collaborate effectively with team members while working independently when required
- Ensure adherence to client contractual requirements, SLA’s, and KPI’s
Requirements
- Experienced Building Surveyor with sound knowledge of building surveying principles
- Insurance claims experience desirable
- RICS qualification preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and investigative skills
- Experience with JCT contracts, including managing variations, payments, and key milestones
- Full UK driver’s license
