London Market | Hybrid | £80k-£100k + £50k + bonus scheme + benefits

We’re partnering with a global Insurtech company to find a talented Business Development Consultant to drive new business both within and outside the London Market. Led by an impressive and engaged Entrepreneur, this is a strategic, high-impact role selling impressive Claims Solutions Software into medium and large commercial insurers. You’ll be a key commercial voice in the business – owning the sales cycle, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping go-to-market strategy. This is a standout opportunity offered on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the full 360° sales cycle – from prospecting to close
  • Promoting Enterprise SaaS Claims Solutions and professional services to insurers, with deal values typically £250k+
  • Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers – including Heads of Claims, COOs and CIOs
  • Deliver tailored product demos and solution-led sales conversations
  • Represent the business at key London Market events and industry forums
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting through HubSpot CRM
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Presales and Product teams to support growth

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS Sales experience, having sold into the Insurance sector
  • Enjoys the challenge of building new business
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding targets and closing high-value deals
  • Engaging communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience within London Market highly advantageous
  • Lives within easy commute of London for 2 or 3 hybrid days per week
  • Self-starter with a proactive, consultative approach
